Research on risk assessment of high-speed railway operation based on network ANP

چکیده

Purpose The causes of high-speed railway failures are complex, and it is difficult to quantitatively accurately describe safety evaluation. purpose this paper construct a model ensure the operations. Design/methodology/approach authors operation evaluation index system from four aspects: personnel, equipment, environment management analyze inter-coupling relationship various factors. Based on system, use network analytic hierarchy process (ANP) fuzzy comprehensive will be used establish model. Findings Through literature investigation field investigation, combined with key points composition, 4 first-level indicators 17 second-level were selected system. It can seen results that personnel signal control have largest weight. Originality/value On basis establishing an comprehensively considering internal coupling between indexes fuzziness evaluation, uses ANP analysis method operation, has certain advantages practicability in case relative lack data fault data.
